The Grand East

The unescapable whirlwind that is The Grand East is making its way up North to the EM2 on the 18th of april! These rockin’ cowboys have been been touring the circuit for a while, and recently made a comeback with a new sound and new formation. Now, they are ready to soak their audience with love, sweat, and rock ‘n roll!

The Grand East: Where Texas meets Overijsel

The Grand East has been roaming the streets of Europe for more than a decade now. Their singular brand of energetic rock, rooted in 60s and 70s music, has brought them to festivals and stages all over Spain, Germany and The Netherlands. A unique and wildly entertaining live show, with a frantic lead singer that won’t stop until the whole audience is under his command, standing in a pool of his own sweat.

The Grand East have a new sound and a new formation. Nevertheless, they are still a band of friends, but infused with new musical energy. They have evolved into a multi decade spanning rock ‘n roll band, with influences from 80s synth wave and 90s garagerock. Their new single ‘Sexclub’ and its video have already caused the band to be banned from Youtube. You can now only view the clip on Pornhub, make sure to find out why. In the meantime, The Grand East will keep fighting their way upstream, like the little, tiny, cute rock ‘n roll salmons they are.
